Guys, Had the following email reply from hang_man to one I sent this morning:-
The phone will be returned to you.
I had no intention at all not to trade with you. I know no matter what I say or what I do that it is not gonna look that way at all.
Things just went completely balls up and i dont really know what happened after that.
I am not a thief and have not whatsoever stole in my life.
The phone will be returned to you.
I have told him to come on here and tell you what has happened and offer to sort it out. I have also told him to send my phone back by SD tomorrow with genuine tracking number or I will go to the police.
Obviously now, until my phone comes back, I can't go to the police as I may not be involved but others can. Give him a chance to come on here first and explain and if not, it's back to you. Hope you understand, I didn't lose any money, only goods.

if you dont get all your stuff back, find out the local police department phone number and ring them, he had basically committing fraud. It seem there is more than one person that been screwed
You could get the armed police to raid his house, maybe he is doing other illegal things.

i think he's tried to make a quick buck,and its backfired BIGTIME.
he didnt expect esato to be such a close community that wont take things like this lightly.

how much in total has he scammed? seems like neally 2k with the value of the phones

I would be very suspicious doug, maybe he is trying to bide some time, i hope you do get your phone back.

Secondly, Mark "Hang_man" Doyle. I feel like calling you everything under the sun and more....
But let me just say this, i have been more than patient with your behaviour so if you have the "decency" to email Dougproctor -now have the "decency" to answer all my PMs etc....
I have given you till lunchtime to pay me back my money (not transfer). I want my £50 - And dont think paypal is an option cos you will no doubt do a chargeback! I have spoken to my bank but they cannot retract my funds, but the Police have informed me they will listen to what i have to say tomorrow.
