@mongoose, just tried those no-name drvers you supplied, very nice - just enough extra volume without causing distortion. Still think you could do better, good luck with cracking it!

Also what is your firmware now? I think R1KG has increased the volume from the older firmware. Just wondering whether installing W880 acoustic file will improve it further?

I installed the acoustics mongoose linked to. They are louder, maybe 8% or so louder at a guess. Also a bit clearer. Better should come though.
