Hi all - I've got the MBW-150 Executive watch (as above ^^^^), Its broken!! the 'winder/adjuster' has snapped off
so can't adjust analogue hands anymore. Does anyone know if I can get spare parts for this watch - or where to get it repaired as I really like it (even though it doesn't work with my X1 phone....) ?

Give Sony Ericsson a call, more than likely will have to send it to there repair center.

Yep! Sure can. Just make sure "Powersave" isnt enabled on your phone.
Thanks for the info!! At first my DS200 and my MBW150 would pair on my P990 with no problem. Suddenly, after a fewweeks, I noticed that i had to switch off the headphone, pair the watch, then pair the headphone if i was to have all 3 devices connected. Apprently, I had switched to the power saving mode.

Got an MBW-150 Executive edition for use with my Xperia X1 and i LOVE it! This watch does so much more with Windows Mobile phones than regular SE phones. Now I read full SMS-messages on my watch, check the weather, see the next appointments in the calendar, check for emails and much more.

Really? Has anyone been able to confirm all this? All these extra functions with no software upgrade........ all lying dormant, waiting for the X1?

Im disappointed at SE!!! If the watch could have more features, why not develop them in the phones rather than us having to look for the freeware?

maby you are right, but then again you can't expect everything to be done by sonyericsson. on their site regarding the X1 it does state that the MBW-100,150 is not compatible with the x1. so in case of complaints from customers they do have their ass covered .....
I have sent the above link 8 months ago to sonyericsson to show them what can be done with the watch and to inform them that where there's a will there's a way...... but no answer...
anyway enjoy the little app together with your x1 and mbw-150 and thank moneytoo at xda-developers for his good work and thank god for people that have interests in developing that make our life easier.

Anyone that has bought an MBW150 (especially when it was priced more on the high side) would have gotten bored with the phones functions after a short while. Im not expecting services like the weather reports etc, but really, reading ur text msg on the watch, calender, alerts etc should have been incorporated in the newer phones. They have so much other software that is rarely used (like the card reader) that just takes up space.

It would be good if Java based handsets like the C905 etc could do the same as in read text messages from the MBW watches. Maybe the right person didn't see your email.
