so is it best to wait? i mean i wanna wait about 2 weeeks. is there a better chance of them fixing the cracked keypad problem? does the chances get better the longer u wait?

I already asked se bout it...the cause of it because if you look closely to your w580 or s500 the keys are glue only in the middle..to it will tilt and crack

so they either have to change the materials of these keys or come up with a different layout.

I don't think the problem will be solved soon, not before months I guess! so either you live with those broken keys (as they are still functional), or go for an other choice.

its not the paint...I already asked SE and heres the answer:

S500i and W580i have the same keypad but not easily broken. It depends on the phone usage or handling.
