The Mehrab usually is beautiful i think, the dome in my mosque has some stunning caligraphy similar to the ones in Medina Munawwarah. Will try to get you some pictures Inshaallah.

Our local mosque has been under-construction for a while now and it's very a big project, which the local community has taken it on it's shoulder. Allhamdolilah we have the structure up.. so far almost £3.6 million has been raised another 2.6 is still required.

It'll be helpful whatever you can donate, in terms of money as well as spreading the word to those who are willing to donate during this blessed month as the award for donations in this month is much much higher.

Hope time slows down, really enjoying this month as always.

Just a question.

Is this maybe a little tooo much?

Prayer Halls
Mortuary
Car parks
Gym
Multi-functional halls
Nursery and Creshe
Kitchen facilities
Ground floor retail units
Ehtikaf area
Library
IT suites
Health clinic and surgery
Facilities for the elderly and disabled

I mean ye it sounds great, but the musallah should be most important, IMO.
