The lib.bin is the elf library and should be updated when whenever available from here...

These are in vkp format to patch or use 
lib2bin.exe to convert the vkp to bin format (Drag lib.vkp onto lib2bin.exe) and place in your config folder.
 
Edit:
The skin samples need to placed in other/SAMM folder.

About the elf, it keeps restarting even if i open with elfmanager.

I don't use elfmanager so I can't really say except I dont think you need to open it with that, just run the elf end edit the bcfg. 
If it keeps restarting then update your lib from the link above or try my 
lib.bin . Its the latest as of 17/1/09 and SAMM works for me

2. Run elf
3. Goto Menu then press your chosen startkey
4. you should then see "More" appear. Press that and that will give you more options
I Haven't played with this alot so you'll just have to play. I Have found its very heap hungry !!!

Thank You ... I always have more than 6Mb HEAP but still images gp wrong and all odd things happen.
