I take it your refering to the call log icons? yeah slightly annoying that the call log only remembers the last number used for that contact even if you called them on four different numbers. This is more a 'log' application annoyance rather than a 'contacts' application annoyance though.
but yes, not having smileys sucks my girlfriend sends them all the time & i cant view them

To me it is a pure fad. No reason they should do it (lower the spec) on purpose as N95 was their crown jewel at the time. It is most likely the limitation of platform. If they cannot do it better means they cannot. Period! Just the same as SE, if they cannot do better that means they cannot, period!

I was contempleting to get N96 but simply cannot make my self to buy one. I find it big and ugly (optical illusion). I dont want to live with ugly device starring at me everyday and I need to spend money on it.
I might get W995, Idou and N97 though

I am here because i am still a user of SE. Esato is an excellent source for SE. I also visit other forums as I use others as well
