Vodaphone UK , been with them for 3 years now and find them Good. Used to be with Orange before that for 5 years.

I was on vodafone UK but like you I couldn't get my bills down as I use alot of data so now have 2 sims on t-mobile web'n' walk (one for each device I carry) and it costs less than £60/month for both with as much data as I like!

I'm also using Telstra in Australia having moved back from Optus since they were getting worse and worse

I still have my o2 germany payg sim card and will probably use that when I visit cebit next month
