@xaxa - Welcome to Esato

Some countries have specific K700 firmware which does not allow you to mute the camera sound. I've not done any firmware flashing and stuff, so i dont know much about this stuff, somebody else could help out.
@all - I'm not sure whether this has been mentioned before cuz i certainly didnt know about this but I found out how to pause video in k700. Goto the media player, more->Play video , select the video you want to play and then you can pause and resume video like a normal mp3 song.

@kllr_dude....probably it's really not possible to stop the sound
I have also problem with SMS writing....when I save the new setings (e.g all letter capitals) it does't keep...I write first sentence with all capitals, then I write full stop and the new sentence start with predefined setting (Aa) ...same with bold, italics....isn't it a kind of bug?
....this software really annoys me and I cannot upgrade it due to warranty....
...this is the last time I bought branded phone, it's unbeievable how Orange can limit functions of a phone...

Are we stuck with them even after a firmware upgrade? Really want my More button back instead of the Camera Button

Hi,
Is there any way to take a picture with the full screen (and hide the upper and lower border) ?
Thanks

No there is not, you have to resize the image to 176x176 on your PC and load it back on the phone to use it without the black bands

Does anyone know how to turn on the backlight with out using the camera?????
no, although the V800 allows you to use the light without being in camera mode, IÄm pretty sure the K700 still doesn't provide this feature

There is no way, not even in the service menu.
I have searched too, because it would be handy as a torch.
