i just received a email off o2 now there saying the k750 should be in stock on the 22th, wtf is going on it taking the piss

oh yeah, just orderd my k750 from a diffrent web site and not o2 direct, should get it tomorrow before 1pm! wooohooo!!! cant wait!
But which web site? I can't get anyone to match my current O2 offer of O2 100 for £20.

ive just spoken to Liz a very lovely lady at O2 customer services and she read me what information she has recieved from O2 which says the phone is still being tested by sony ericsson and if it passes the O2 tests then they will send them out on the 4th july, but delievery could be 7-10 days after the 4th of july. so we could still have a long wait ahead of us

no, the guy i spoke to said 1-3 days (unless he's lying to me) and i asked for a delivery number and he gave me a tracking number!! how weird is this! i bet i'm getting a returned one back

Interesting, O2 shop are saying they are dispatching direct from Sony now. Can expect delivery within a week. However, he didn't sound like he believed it himself. Going to get back to customer service and find out what's happening.

As it is over 3 weeks since I arranged the upgrade I would appreciate a reply in this matter so I can choose whether to move networks. (as you have failed to provide within your stated 5-10 working days)

Just got mail from O2 saying it has been despatched, not holding my breath though as the stated delivery date on the mail is the 16th of june =P (original expected delivery date).
Time to peer at DHLs tracking system ever y half hour or so !

New contract, last tuesday, was supposed to be pre 10am thursday delivery (the source of all my fury as I now know they knew they didnt have any well before that and they took my money for it !)
I wouldnt go crazy till...
a) I manage to get a response from the parcel tracking
b) i have received it and checked the firmware version, this could just be a screw up and I could end up with one with dodgy firmware, nothing would surprise me having read back through this thread.
