How did you manage to upgrade a locked Orange phone? I've tried many times but failed. I go through the process but when it should start downloading there is nothing (the area where the instrutions are goes blank). I've left it like that for up to 30 minutes. This may be related because I've also followed the instructions to install the update driver but pressing 'c' does not invoke the 'new hardware found' wizard when plugging the phone in. Has anyone else had difficulty with this?
