But that just tells me what version of the software I've got. It doesn't take me to any menu where I can adjust any settings. Pressing that combination of buttons doesn't do a thing either.

i have an unbranded k850, but until now when im updating its fw through SEUS, its keep on saying no update available. until now, my fw is R1C029. I'm here in dubai. can anyone help me what might be the problem?

mine does this and its still on 037 SW. this is my forth handset (fauly exchanges) and the other three had alot better battery life then this one.
