@rachael, it's not at all fragile as the boom swings out of the way unlike the hbh-15 which sometimes gets tangled inside my breast pocket.

@rachael, you only fold the boom when it is not on your ear. It disconnects from the phone once folded and re-connects when extended, a feature I find useful and practical.
I would strongly suggest to delete your signature as it might start a flame here. It might be better if you could attend the EBs to know the real people behind the names and then you can judge by yourself. Peace, and we hope to see you soon.
