Discharge the flash, discharges the flash funnily enough. Won't do any harm but just releases the charge from the capacitors by making the flash go off. You needn't worry too much about causing any damage to your phone by looking through your service menu. There aren't many things you can touch. It's there for info and testing more than anything else. Not sure what the Java Developer Mode does but it's not hurt my phone by turning it on then off.

I just checked it now (2pm) and it is down to 80% from this morning (when I checked at 6.15am). Thats more like what I'd expect.

Battery life on 038 sounds terrible, might not upgrade to it if its like what people have said. I'm 037 and my battery goes down 5% every 12 hours with little usage.

I have the APAC-ANZ version and no R1DA038 update for me yet.
Like many have mentioned, I do have battery issues on R1CA037 when my phone is in 3G mode (mostly due to the fact that I do not get a 3G signal all the time). However, if I switch to 'GSM only', my battery lasts a good 3 days including me using it for a talk time of about 4-5 hours through the 3 days.

I think that SE will release final fixed update for unbranded phones ... They want to upload on server firmware that will release soon so they thought to not upload R1DA038 ... I think so ... But i may be wrong ...

I have a Nordic unbranded and can not update (Says "you already have the latest version" with 037)
