The statement is saying it will launch this as a direct hit - meaning it will be targeting the same sector as the Nokia phones mentioned. The same way iPhone is a direct hit at Walkman music phones.

bronxdude, by forcing us to use the touchscreen permanently(no softkeys), P1 is more PDA than phone - and P-series was originally all about being phone-PDA(i.e: phone FIRST, like Goldenface has explained elsewhere)......
