These networks only gotten smart because of the large number of users on proxified zero rated sites.

Note that I said proxified and not encrypted.

Smart in the following sense:
Firewalls sniff and filter in the following genre:

*Native Browser User Agent ID
*IMEI of Device
*Device Brand and Model
*Port Redirection

if tampering of anyone of the above is discovered, you won't get access to the zero sites.

They've taken it a step further and implemented an algorithm to prohibit web browsers (Pc's) on those sites.

So much work, Why? Oh why?

Proof that the zero rated sites still are alive and well... In their newly nested algorithm to prevent amateurs and noobs from denting the Networks Bandwidth.
