Whats the SW version of my phone? R2E006 or R4A? Sorry for my ignorance...
Also, my phone hangs and sometimes turns off by itself..is there a need for repair or will an upgrade take care of this?

most probably, u need an upgrade. based on ur post, R2e is ur software version. the latest version is already R6A.

@britri2, do you have stock of m. gray faceplate? how much it would cost if i would like to change cover of my T68i from arctic blue to m. gray plus SW upgrade. Then that old arctic blue cover to be change to my gold T68m. 2 units no Phil warranty, both saudi. Tnx
