Qualcomm remains the best choice for Android, simply because Snapdragons are extremely good at executing Dalvik code. Qualcomm delivers excellent libraries and optimization for Android, which means that Dalvik (Java) code runs at nearly the same speed as native code.
AnTuTu uses native code for benchmarks. For ARM they use a regular ARM compiler without any optimizations. For x86 they used Intel's own compiler with a whole slew of optimizations, which is simply not fair. If AnTuTu's native ARM benchmark was compiled with Qualcomm's advised options it'd run a lot faster too.

if that suit is an accessory (with power supply) of Honami and use Honami as the processor, I'm sure the target would be way more than 10 million
