for the UK I have asked today at phones4u and still they are not saying anything. I'll try every day until they get bored and tell me
Its sad to see that branding just like the t610 had with vodafone live. Does anyone knows if O2 in the UK sells unbranded and unloked phones? i might go with them if they do

But it seems that they've stopped doing that with all their recent phones. I'm hoping to buy it on O2 too because Orange and Vodafone both brand their phones, and when T-Mobile start selling it they will too.

I started a new contract with O2 online a few months back and a free T610 came with it but I just sold it on.
However, I did switch it on to see if it worked and to have a play first... the startup screen had the O2 logo and I think the menu was altered a little too.
Very annoying.

Yes i can understand a service provider placing shortcut to their services etc and i don't mind this cos you do get the phone cheaper. But whats the need for this menu altering i just can't understand it at all. You know what they say vodagroan

If the pics that blueday showed were pics taken with the K700 camera, that's better than what I expected.
I'm guessing the delay for the K700 in the UK is true if expansys is still under pre-order (while everybody else has them in stock).

Do a manual network selection to see if T-Mobile presents itself in the list. currently your on Cingulars network roaming as tmobile has huge roaming aggrements with them. If you live in Cali then later this year the towers that Tmobile recently bought from Cingular will be able to fix this issue. or have Wireless Data group send an OTA to your SIM card to fix the issue. Oh yeah you might wanna take note that Cingular in the USA along with other IP networks will have UTMS with HDSPA for 3G late this or early next year, Sweet. Tmobile should have EDGE by that time as well.
