Anyone tried different smaller fonts on the phone? I think the phone has a lovely huge screen but it wasted with the huge fonts. If I install a smaller font will I be able to see more contacts at once on the screen or will the OS restrict to 6 we currently see?

I also think the font size is to large. In some old phones at least U had the opportunity to change the size your self.
I read somewhere that if you change your font you have to do it the "ugly" way that will make your warranty worthless.
Otherwise it was a good suggestion.

Cheers,

Does the W995 comes with a USB - M2 reader like the C905 did?

@vegetaleb

It's depend on region which will give M2 in bundle box.
And every selected market has their own package, mine only HPM-77 nothing special here but (UK) more advantage with HPM-88
some european market HPM-77 along with MS-410 and most jealously for me the Swedish get HPM-88 and M2 reader.

p.s. I dont' remember that c905 in my zone was given M2 reader in box.

U need to edit fontengine.xml file (TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/FONTS)

Here is the original file:

You can use sony sktech fonts as well, they are not too big

Good Luck

Questions. Is an M2 adapter bundled with the W995? And which selected markets will get the HPM-88?

In Sweden both HPM-88 and an M2 adaptor are within the box.[ This Message was edited by: mange69 on 2009-08-04 11:01 ]

Wow, now that's value for money. Or maybe they're pricing it higher in those markets. They'd better be or I'd be green with envy
