Not true....
The last time I formatted the phone was about 3 months ago. I have a lot of programs installed and the 2Gig memory card is almost full.. I've installed application, documents, mp3's etc

Nop, that did not help my phone. Still alot of restarts and kernal error after a new format and master reset. I cant say that i like my phone right now. Hmm, dont know if i can wait till january. I just cant use this toy right now

Ares is right IMO. If you did all you said and also have the latest fw etc. there is reasonable doubt that something is wrong with headset itself.
