There still is and always will be a market for hardware keyboards and when RIM finally shut up shop (or their patents get bought for a few pence by someone) their regular customers will be looking for a new product. We will probably see a small fight in this sector then and until then (or just before) manufacturers will keep the R&D for keyboard products to a minimum.
I think Xperia S is already over priced and should be below 400 Euro. It doesn't hold much special at all in the market at the moment. The sooner Hayabusa comes out the better regardless of whether or not it steps on the toes of the current portfolio.
OT and contrary to my above statement: I was down n the electronics market in Beijing today and noticed a small change in the tide. Usually the Chinese flood for the piePhones with any other phone by any other manufacturer being classified as 'other'. If you have the money buy an iPhone is the mentality and advice the stall owners give. Today though was different. I was waiting for a iPad (not for me, for my mother-in-law) and the sales assistant pointed clearly at the Xperia S and said it is the best phone out at the minute and that he (and others) are recommending it ahead of the iPhone. With China being such a huge market we might see Sony's fortunes change if this kind of trend continues for the rest of the year.
The Xperia S is already very cheap here in Sweden at least. Arc had a much higher price. The S is priced as a high mid-end here. One X costs 200euro more for example

Atlas,AFFM and Mint could be announced at IFA 2012.

Wasn't there a rumour about Sony making the next Nexus device? Also with, again, rumours about android jelly bean appearing in Q3 2012, Hayabusa Nexus perhaps?
Or just wishful thinking...

IIRC That wasn't a rumor but someone just wrote an article about the possibility of Sony making the next Nexus device.
On topic, rumors also mentioned two 3.5" FWVGA screen devices. Possibly the Tapioca and Tapioca_DS

That month delay could have been down to the last minute call to rebrand it Sony instead of Sony Ericsson? Hayabusa wouldn't have such an issue if, as suggested, it is the 'first' Sony device.
LT29i will most likely be delayed because of the production halt last month, hopefully it won't effect it that much... I long for the day when Sony Ericsson/ Sony is back in the competitive scene.

That's more than a month old article
And as we saw with the HTC One S and One XL, there was very minimal impact on even devices shipping this month. So the impact on Hayabusa will be absolutely none.

Well it should limit stocks at worst, won't delay it though considering HTC One S and One XL were/are not delayed at all.

New pic taken by Hayabusa leaked again on Picassa. This time taken very close to the Global Sony headquarters in Shinagawa, Tokyo.
The original picture has now been taken down but apparently the original image was 12 megapixels. So maybe the same sensor as in the Xperia S
EDIT: One more, this one from Sweden

If Hayabusha's camera would be 12 megapixel, that's totally fine! I mean, it is good enough for this year's high-end model. But I must say, any sensor higher than 12 megapixel would not bad. If Sony went for a higher resolution camera like the 13.1 mpx with HDR support on both photos and video, that really would surprise many critics and would mean that Sony really want to achieve hardware supremacy among competition!
I'm a man of many wishes you know so I hope to see a better camera flash in Hayabusha. I wanna see that "Plasma Flash" that comes with the S003 (I think). It may not match Xenon Flash but it us way better than what Xperia S has. Also, I want Hayabusha to have a 3300 mAh battery like the Moto Razr Maxx. I guess no Hayabusha owner would ever say that their phones' battery drain so fast. sigh...May my wishes come true.
