@Mano82 - nothing much to do...just to audit calls and make sure that everytime you call t-mobile, our custome support representatives deliver quality service.
i grade the calls that our agents give out.
Most likely I'll do it this Saturday, sir. I'll have to find my videos to convert. I've checked out the interface and yes, they look very user-friendly.
i'll just do divx/xvid to AVI and let Media Go do the conversion foy my phone
