Probably 1/2.3. Doesn't look like it could be much bigger, unless the sensor module was the thickness of the entire phone, which isn't possible because the screen would get in the way.

Why there is no gradient ? like 8 .. 12 .. 16 .. 20
or even 4 .. 12 .. 20
I hope it is really 20 MP sensor , not interpolated one

never used interpolation on their sensors since their first megapixel cameraphone S700
and rest assured, even if it's 1/2.3" the quality should be as good as HX50v given that they almost have the same sensor and similar G lens, and the lens on Honami is prime so it should hold some advantage in terms of sharpness.
