If Iam reading this correct all the leaked photos of the Honami are of early prototypes and may not be the final design of the Honami. However do we expect the final design to that much different from we have seen already and how old are those prototypes likely to be.

IMO if thats not the final design we have seen i don“t think the final design will be so much of a change from that

Bionz...SteadyShot...S Master Mobile ...f2.0..please shown up in final honami..sensor size 2/3 20mp now seem unlikely for 8.x mm thin...
1080p 60fps too...dun care about 4k video..
thinner bezel like z is ok....

from zomg..
Also, I used a Z with Sony's alpha-preview 4.3 build, blazing fast and amazing battery life. Seriously, I watched 30 minutes of HD video and the battery went down just 3% points. If I do that on my ZL the battery drops about 5%. The camera also seems improved again, it loads much, much faster now, almost no delay. I was told there is still a lot to integrate but the speed is indicative of what they think the final build will get. Also, benchmarks are all up by around 10% because 4.3 brings a bunch of software optimisations, graphics benchmarks are up by almost 25%.

I wonder if the raised glass is an indication of floating touch. I seem to remember one floating touch device having a raised screen like that. Is it necessary for the tech? If so will it be this handset?

And to those who questioned it, you can clearly see the magnetic pins in this shot.

@nightwing: check the previous pages, ppl already posted them =.=
Okay. No worries.

The device looks great but I might skip the Honami and go straight for the PS Vita + PS4
Whatever - good for you. But my post was intended for those interested in Honami.

At least, we can see that the magnetic dock connector is still there
And for those that haven't noticed. Along with new dock for magnetic connector, sony will release charging cable with magnetic connector so that we'll be able to use it with all compatible devices(ex. honami-z ultra). Not like it was till now with docking stations(ex. xperia Z dock not compatible with ZR dock).

Charging without opening the flap is good enough for me
USB could be too much to ask for
