It's still 03.45 a.m. here, and I'm away to my broadband PC right now..still several hours to go... anyway, can many more users with R1BC001_CHINA_WI and APAC confirm the new f/w release via SEUS? I have enough credits via GPRS here but FOTA says mine is the latest..

It has just tired me for a while now finding that the most reoccuring and repetitive posts in this thread seems to be from one user, picking on others in a bullying manner.

@ sielski666 yes you are correct it is on some of the U.K. servers but it may on be available for your region. Check to see what your region code is such as EU1, EU2, EU3.... or EMEA1, EMEA2, EMEA3......etc. Then once it is has been clearly stated that Fw version xxxx is avaliable for your region code you know its time to download.

I am in the uk and my phone says i have the latest f/w version R1CB001 must not be in the uk yet

It's not what server your on but it's the specific regional language your phone has. Firmware updates are released individually to different regions. Im assuming you know how to get to the Service Menu screen. from there just go Service Info => Software Info. You won't see EUx or EMEAx for some reason on the Hong Kong models? I have seen it in past models at this screen. If you see CXC1250215_HONG_KONG_ @ line 1 you will have to wait tills a member says that R1ED is avaliable for region.

You are about a day late and a dollar short. Sooooo you know where you can go. Anyway, move on. And if there was a premium forum and you were not there, I am sure you would not be missed.
