You can try to blow the dust out. I do it at work 8bar air-gun.

tried doing it. even used a blower, sir hans. still the same.

sometimes it does click, but most of the time i only hear something like a sandpaper rubbed against each other.

Send it in for repair or screw it open yourself (which will void your warranty). Shouldn't he too hard and probably there is some dirt which you can remove easily that way.

sent it to the repair centre. i just got home in fact. hehehe!

they said its normal. i shouldnt be concerned.
