question? what is ICQ?/AIM? how can i get one?

ICQ (a play on phrase "i seek you"), AOL (America On Line Instant Messenger) are, well, Instant messengers.
You can chat in real time with fellow ICQ users.
For ICQ, you can go to
www.icq.com and find the downloadable clients. But this is optional, since they got a java-appled for IE browsers called ICQ 2 go. I use that one instead. (I dont have AIM e)
For AIM, go to
