They can have any sort of bureaucracy they want in there, but the bottom line is always the outcome which is what the end-users really care about. A team must go under the supervision (and taste) of the head, so I'm guessing that's where the turn for the worst came from. I'm pretty sure not all camps in SE (especially their Japanese counterpart) approve of the design. This is all pure speculation, but my frustration needs to be vented out

You are not pulling my leg now, are you? You mean that a photographer buys a 10 MP DSLR and then never prints his/her photos. No blow-ups?

Don't know about the towers but BSNL does not provide phones on contracts. The GSM providers in India (BSNL, Airtel, Hutch) just give you the SIM and you can buy any mobile from the market and use it. The CDMA providers (Reliance Telecom) force a (outdated & overpriced IMO) handset on the user along with the service.

It's true that the K850 would not be classified as ''emotion'' phone like the S500 but the features it offers/price compared to other brands and the fact that the ''K'' series never deceived me as build quality and materials are enough to convince me to buy it after 1 year and 4 month of loyal services given by my K800
