As they will not be sold in the same markets, they will be priced as "Sony flagship". IF you had to import Yuga, then it will of course be more expensive.

i'm not sure about that.. toshiba also has one which is currently in production.. it's the smallest at 19nm as opposed to samsung's 20nm..

but for the RAM, most probably it's Samsung.. they are currently have the edge on mibile chips RAM..
