hahahahahahahahahaha, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ...

wow, unless its a tablet PC i dont think ppl would want to carry a desktop computer in their pockets ... form factor is WAY WAY outta control.

as for now, my eye has moved clearly towards a TouchPro it is what SE should have released this year. at the very least a TouchDiamond, i think if SE did that, they would have captured the hearts of many, esp those here on esato.

thanks for the pics guys, very appreciated and the G705 will hopefully have a sister the G905 that unifies that design a bit better. whats up with the C905 its shaped like an oval instead of a regular shape, same problem i had with the w61s which still runs circles around the language of the C905, its almost generic. the INNOV8 from samsung also looks like its a crowd pleaser, but can they match SE for functionality has yet to be seen. i hate how WM is 65k colors, seems like it should be upgradeable.

speaking of: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ4VHYz38l0

seeing as how a 5mpx cameraphone can take video in vga @ 30fps ... i call bs on any SE employee who says its not their focus and they cant do it. its been done BY the company for a year. they keep shitting on every territory and thankfully its bitten them in the ass, if the only listened.

Well that "Way outta control from factor" pretty much looks the same size as the iPhone and it's selling pretty well. If that was a man holding it the device would look smaller. I think it looks great and SE will be sure to have a big success on there hands if it's branded as the new Walkman. It's certainly a far cry from he P990.

i don't know why you think it looks like a tablet....length and width looks to be similar to the iphone in size. thickness is of course more due to the slider mechanism, but it doesn't look to be all that thick from the 2nd pic xell posted.

i agree with others that the up/down slide mech seems to be a waste but simply having a horizontal arc slider would probably create competition with the X1 maybe?

i would have liked a vertical slider with pseudo qwerty (p1 style) for one-handed use. 3g camera should be next to speaker like usual and camera functions should be on screen with the camera mode button on the side as usual. it is a 2 yr old design, so hopefully they've though things over a bit and changed it

We're talkin bout the video because it sort of coincides with the info pop lover's given us about hicaro.

i'm curious...

with the slide up mech, there are two camera holes and a flash? seems like a first for a 3g camera to have a flash too. and why are there two holes? It almost looks like it's the camera part used to take the picture of the car. i'm pretty confused!

It's an odd placement of Ambient light sensor or Proximity sensor because it's not functional when closed.

it coincides with the most awkward placement of the camera buttons at the buttom
