Well no, the camera button is on the bottom of the phone when it's in portrait mode so it seems to be the right way up to me.
If this phone is to be officially announced in Berlin (Europe) then am I right to presume that it won't be released in Asia first? Like Z-Ultra?

Yes the flap is towards the back of the phone and not the screen and as you can see in the teaser pic the flap outline is clearly visible so its not the screen but the back of the device

We don't, but I've seen honami in about 15 seconds and it looks very much like the one i spotted. But we can never be sure.
How thick is the honami based on what you saw?

That's just the way Sony manipulated the photo and hid the main details using shadows.
