02 phoned me and said they have canceled my order so i said im not happy with this so they said they will honour them and said i will get them in 3 to 5 working days so dont stand for it peeps give em hell

yep i phoned them moaning why they did not deliver my phones yesterday they said they cancelled my order due to fault on saterday so i moaned and said thats no my fault and im not very happy with this they said sir we will honour them witch means i get them for nothing because of thier mistake so if they cancel yours folks dont stand for it they said the lgs are out of so they are sending me 2 02 ices insted wahooo

also if they say one of the phones is out of ie lgs the woman said would you like another 02 ice i said erm yes ok then so ive got two 02 ices coming for free with 1 gig mem cards i babled on about the terms and conditions so they honourd mine and should be with me in 3 to 5 working days

i emailed them stating about the orders and that other people have been told they will have the order honoured and will receive in 3-5 working days.
the replies i got were that the lg is no longer available, and that the o2 ice wont be sent as a fault with their system allowed me to order it for £0.
i have replied stating their terms and conditions, and that others have still said their orders are going to be honoured, and also said i will be providing watchdog with a copy of o2's T&C's and my full order details if its not resolved to my satisfaction.
now awaiting a reply to those emails

man i was hoping to get a free phone but seems like they cancel the other and im live in canada so i dont think i can call them. but i did get a confirmation email and stuff. and i have a british address to send to. do u think they'll still send it out or is calling them the best way?
