scooby0006 bro how did u buy credit? i baught 2 but i didnt get it yet wtf iz goin on can u tel me wat u did 2 buy credit? or eni1?

G82HVN ... I went to http://www.wotanserver.com/en/ and clicked on the image of my phone (k800i) ... then clicked "Buy Account Now" and selected "1 WotanServer Credit: 7 EUR " before clicking the "Pay Pal Buy Now" button. I was then directed to Pay Pal and entered my account details and completed the transaction. Within a minute, I was emailed the username and password (guessing they get the email addy from paypal ... me thinks).

Well thats it I guess ... hope it help dude!

Actually you'd better try their client apps first to see whether your phone is recognized before buying the account. There are some occasion when the phone can't be recognised by the client and so far no one can tell yet why it happen and the work around. There is a guess like batt is too low (the phone in that condition will not charge the batt no matter how long you connect it).

Also try latest XS++ to see whether it can connect your phone (it will said ready for operation if successfull).

If you still have warranty the best thing is to bring it to authorised service centre. If out of warranty maybe you guys can insist on trading it if the cost of repair is too expensive (by pointing out that many K800 have the same problems and it is clearly a bug in the phone).

A LIL TIP (I MITE B RONG) BUT STIL WORTH A TRY ..WORK FOR ME!

if ur unsure bout the battery being full or wateva just put d k800i pc data cable into the charger socket derz like another socket sorta thing behind d charger (not the ac power end but the d end were u stik it in ur fonez ass) and then having d data cable pluged into d charger .....plug both in wile holding 2 and 5 n im thinkin u got power and sync btween d fone n wotan LIKE IM NOT SURE OK DNT HAVE A GO AT ME IF IT DONT WORK LOL IM JUST PREECHIN IT COZ IT FAILD D 1ST TIME AS U CAN C and i did that lil tip n it workd n CC DOWN THERR ......it took a lil long but ohwel ,iv takin d batt out for bout 10 20 min? im guessin n den gona try turning it on fuli sik bro i cant wait i feeel like a kebab with chili sauce
