Is Cingular very bad with 850Mhz freq.?my phone doesnt support that freq. I will have problems with serice? If yes..Where?

Decent reception with relatively affordable rate plans.

Only other GSM provider is ATT which has pricier rate plans.

Excellent reception but kinda costly. However, I can use VoIP (skype) through 3G so I can lower my costs.
