I have to say the Phone UI and the camera UI both look great.
It's a little slow at changeing pictures but I think it's only the animation part that makes it look slow.

i've had issues with the k850's softkeys being activated when the phone is pressed against my cheek

Sure, tested this moment. Being a lefty, I held the phone with my left hand and pressed the dedicated lock key at the right side with my middle finger.

@xell, can you answer this? say compared to k850 if you have heard?

its not a big issue, but if i cant hear the phone ring, the its a no go. Though Eldar did say in his review:

"Despite having only one loudspeaker onboard, the G900’s ring tones are pretty loud, actually above the market’s average volume level, being in line with the Sony Ericsson P1i, so it is very hard to miss a call with this phone in your pocket. The G900 is living proof that even a sole speaker can sound very well."
