I tried Ultra Clear V1 on W910. From my experience, I noticed the 500-2000khz frequencies have been reduced and high frequencies boosted. Although there are too much trebles. I think it would sound nicer if you reduce the 500-2000khz only. I'm back to original acoustic yet waiting for a better version.
Very good attempt though!

StevenC, I noticed just about the same as you about the frequencies (C702). But for me this is a big improvement. It sounds louder to me (maybe my hearing in mid-levels isn't very good) and much more clear. No irritating distortions whatsoever (except on a HPM-62 headset, it sucks, lot of distortion on high volumes, I never use this crappy headset though).
On my favorite headset bass is still very good, well I don't like boosted basses or Megabass settings personally, because they muffle the sound.
So the only thing that still needs a large improvement to me is overall volume output (not same as loudness setting), so I can turn up my oldies just as loud as the new stuff (recorded with higher DRC levels).
I just don't dare ask this from Luhcass, because he did such a fine job already and he made clear he doesn't like "loudness".
But please Luhcass, could you also make DRC-off versions of Ultraclear V1. Would really like to try those.

When i discover "how" DRC works on wbxml i'll turn it off =/
Is hard cause DRC is a especific value of hex(instead 00 for off and 01 on)...
If i put wrong value the acoustic just don't work
