Hi, I upgraded to 2.1 yesterday and the main problem I noticed is that the application 'acontacts' don't work properly anymore. I cannot see the contacts in that application whereas the dialing function and recent call list works fine in it. Anybody else having same problem or how to cure it.

@Phoner, sorry I don't know what that widget is called but you might wanna try
Battery Indicator It just adds a small battery indicator w/ percentage on the status bar and not on the homescreen.
My personal X10 Mini Pro running 2.1 review

If u can see the names on recent calls then you must select which contacts to view from the options in your phonebook.
somehow my contacts got wiped out and sending contacts from w995 doesn't import some contact.
after investigating I found that contavts with birth dates gets skipped

Hi-
good thread so far:
I'm looking for a wifi file transfer app since the lapper doesnae have bluetooth. Is there a set up in ( or a plug in for)
ES file explorer?
Also looking for a widget single screen with multiple warnings ie for like : alarm/calendar alarms; SMS received; missed calls. Would pay for that one if it was really good.
( any free 80s arcade games gratefully recieved, plus a decent free snowboarding game)
for those interested, my recommended apps X10 mini pro, all free and permanent installs :
gmail, blogger, FB, Dilbert (all nice and direct,cut-out-the-middle-man, and quite fast, but FB/Gmail suffer from server caching versus the web versions) Dilbert is a MUST for anyone in IT or US based corporations. On random dilbert archive I have wasted an hour one day! Works great on the small screen. Ideal for a giggle in a nanopause or a blamestorm......
GPS Status ( good all round GPS and compass) &
GPS Esstentials ( better heads up user definable status display but drops fix between screens) : Also a simple compass ( Compass v2.0) which is also actually GPS very fast for fixing bearings apprx, or probably getting out of tube stations.
AUTO SPEAK : quite a funny SMS auto reader, good for pranks with two phones, reads out loud even when the phone is locked. Good for leaving on while driving, repeats twice as an option
Photoshop Mobile:erm yeah, just about recommended.... well you can crop and adjust contrast anyway: would be better with a sharpen function. Amazed adobe dare put the PS name on this POS!
Advanced Task Killer: everyone has it! or should! ..,. surprising how much Sh*t multitasks when you don't need it: shows available on board RAM too, which relates to speed of operation, critical at under 30Mb I find.
ConvertPad : this may be installed: good for currency and measures.
ATA: talking clock / count down a la 24 hrs. Okay, could be better, liek 15 minute clock beased alerts instead of 10, 20, 30.
Call Recorder : not perfect as you have to have it running on auto for all calls , but good if you want to catch a teleseller out or complain about your power company's rude call center staff.
games: for something different try Curling and Backgammon
BBC Radio doesnae seem to work ? Some stations do, most don't unfort. ( international IP ban?)
