Played with a Lumia today in CPW, loving it more and more everytime i use one. I love how it feels also, its almost as solid feeling as the iPhone 4.
Sadly though, some moron had changed the default language to Chinese (or is that Mandarin?) so my play around with the phone was rather limited as every menu was in a language which was complete jibberish to me.

MW100 that came with Aino paired on the spot with Lumia. Music quality is a bit less as Aino.
With headset plugged in directly, the sound is a bit thin. Through MW100 it's better but a bit muffled in mid-low. This could be easy fixed with the EQ if I could find it. Or did MS forgot to include one?

Last time I checked there was still no EQ offered by any third-party app..
And it's not only MS and Nokia, it seems everyone is missing on EQs these days!
But WPs are supposed to be Zune devices as well, so leaving such a feature makes less sense in a WP than other handsets..
What's weirder, there were a wish list thread on MS official support forums a while back, with a really long list of missing features, every little tiny detail one could think of, and many things aren't there on any platform even, but no request for an EQ!! I simply can't get!
Anyway, hans check out an app called AppFlow in the market.. It's a complementary to the Marketplace.. A great place to search and look for apps through.. Really nice features and great highlighted apps you can find there..

I detest EQ because i find it kills the music. In flat mode music sounds more natural imo all these rock and pop settings sound rubbish. EQ is only good when adjusted manually.

presets in eq can be handy as a base to start from.
I use eq to get rid of the hardware colour on the sound.
or to increase it
BTW what is pure sound. Buying a guitar amp is based on its flaws, sold as strength
example; Marshall has a deeper sound as Fender that starts to overload in high mids first. M does that in mid-low. What is good? Taste.
