Sadly, my XZP had an accident and had to be replaced. I got myself an XZ2. Sony has done some work!

My first impressions are:
- The camera is better and not by a little.
- Battery life is quite a bit better
- The thing flies. I have an S9+ and it seems to me that the XZ2 runs faster and smoother.
- The speakers are much better, finally.

One more thing, I guess it depends on the size of your hand (mine's quite large) but I find the FPS to be positioned in the right place. Yes, compared with the side mounted one it takes some time to get used to, but I wouldn't move it up.

@Xpr, Sony will maintain its own interface.
Recalling that the Xperia's system interface are smoother than in other Android phones, I see no reason to change.
