Cheers bruv...its not a big amount but as i said in another thread - its a matter of principle....no written contract!
I am writing to oftel and you should aswell coz when oftel recieve loadsa complaints 02 will be screwed big time !
the more complaints.....the seriousness of the case so get writing verma!
