My T610 also cracks with a M3000 from Plantronics. Firmware is R1L013, lets hope the new firmware improves things.

Have posted this before. It is nothing to do with firmware upgrade. The problem lies with the battery. No enough power to supply 65000 colour screen, bluetooth & cellphone signals all at the same time. Cracking problems will be more severe in areas of weak cellphone signals coz T610 will consume more power supply. Try making call with charger on will lessen cracking noise.

I'm using a T630 with a Bluetrek G2 and .... indeed crackle cracke. SE just won't fix it, after the T610, the T630 has the same problem.
