hey man! very cute pixar bird theme! esp the popup-highlight bar, the 2 birds squeeze to the edge.
i like the glass globe thing in the balloon, the reflection light. how did u do that?

@verysoon, thx! the reflection on the lens (on baloons) is part of the frame
but easy to recreate :elliptical / tool + color white + smudge tool + blur tool.
@vin, we started using PS7 around the same time. we just use different tools/styles. nothing special

it's a nice idea u got there, puting the digital rain on desktop then fade off in menu. just my little comments.... it would be perfect if u shift the wallpaper images down a little so that neo....homer's eye's wouldn't be blocked. the best location would be where the popup title is. this way, the popup title would nicely fits his eyes in.
i know it's a lot of work. but it's a nice theme to let op's logo block off the killer stare.
just my 2 cent's worth
