@vlam.... just my 2 cents worth:

perhaps u should shift the focus point (face) of wallpaper slightly below the operator's logo. this way, it will not be block. unless someone, just someone comes out with a way to remove the operator name. (a telco that goes by the name would be nice...ha ha. just a single dot)

many a great theme has been mar by the operator logo. so we just have to "dodge" it.

nevertheless, a nice theme.
