Very interesting...because that either means two things...
1) Vodafone didnt lock that particular phone..
2)Someone has managed to crack the code already..

I am hoping its the latter..

No hack, no crack...
This is Swiss version of V800, it will be without any external brandings. But software is Vodafone-version (as you can see on the videos).

Hope you guys enjoy the pics!

CHeers,
Rog.

On gsmarena there is mention of mini-usb port. I can't find such a port on the pictures.

If it were correct it would be an important step to compatibility.

@rog
so r u saying... without using vodafone sim card.. u will still be able to use the phone by using different operator sim card??? even tho it has a vodafone firmware...

the mini-usb is located on the bottom(not side) right hand side of the phone... covered by a rubber cover with the usb logo on it...

I've seen and tried the v800. It looks really cool, but it's a bit too big for my taste. The display is great though. From the feel of it it seen to be a very powerfull phone. Nothing i would buy though. I'm not interested in the 3G network. This message was posted from a K700i

i know its kind of off-topic, but see it as a comparison

anyone who tried Sharp 902, can you please post some sample photos from the camera and confirm how good the bluetooth-compability is?

and, with the V800, which ways are there to copy images from the phone to a computer? i didnt like that cable didnt work on t610... does it work with this one, otherwise i suppose bluetooth works?

thanks!

Hi!

In Austria, even A1/Vodafone didn't brand the Z1010. We'll get the V800 in November, but I don't think it gets a branding here too.

I don't like the look of the phone, but I would like to know more about the display quality. Will it be better/brighter/bigger than the one of my Z1010? I know it'll have more colors, but that shouldn't be such a difference.

Greetings, Alex
