Well, speaking from experience . . . when I was a 'newbie' here
I was 'ridiculed' by 2 of the MOST famous members back then (quite very difficult to get back with as they are a very formidable 'duo' during those days), 1 still active and the other 1 in 'hibernation' - sure 'will be back . . . But that is 'past' already, and I have no intentions of living with those SAD experiences anymore, just making a 'point' here I guess (thread related) ! As I will always apply the - "Eye for an Eye and a Tooth for a Tooth - Doctor" !

The onus is evidently on Meths to prove beyond reasonable doubt that such "oppression" takes place fairly regularly enough to warrant a crusade. We'll have to wait for his evidence then.
