K750i & W800i are the same inside, both have the same camera, the diferences are in W800i software for music and the accesories included in the kit, and i think also the lens cover in W800i are more stylish. Well it's just my opinion

W800 just looks plain ugly to me, specifically the back side. And then the color just seems to be too clean, and will be too dirty after a few months for that matter.

I'd probably prefer the w800i, as it is a seemingly more original and 'unique', or 'exclusive' handset, not just an evolution of the k series, even though so much of the phone's internals are similar.
Just my opinion, of course.
