Il est inutile de me recontacter pour ce genre de propos et je reste très polis.

Okay, I've sent some e-mails to the French guy, and he admitted that he doesn't have the phones yet, he will only get them on wednesday, and he will send me the pictures to show me. I told him his supplier won't give him these phones with warranty within a week, and then he said he trusted him.

Poor guy, he will lose some money and get big trouble here!

Okay, now the French guy said he had some doubts after what I said, so he contacted Sony to be sure they know about his supplier, and they told him they've been working with that supplier for 5 years, and they supply him directly from factory, in order to promote their new products.

Does any of you know if it's possible or do you think, as I do, that this guy is on something, and he should seriously stop smoking pot? Why would SE wait for September to sell these products if they have the final product in production right now? What about the firmware (still modified Z800 firmware), and the packaging, and the accessories?

The other 'dubious' thing, is he said to mswallis that there were other people benefitting from the W800 and they enjoyed it, and now he says he won't get them before next wednesday...

So has anyone else from here actually bid on one of these?

I exchanged a few emails with the guy, his english is poor but he did refer to the "mobile phone" as opposed to 80s Walkman!

I'm insured against credit card fraud so will let you know how it goes... he said it will be shipped to the UK on the 23rd.
