Thanks Jah, why apologise when you are not the one who started claiming that "WiFi on P990i can only work with GSM OFF". I believe all except ONE person here has got confused
It is just annoying to see people posting cr*p slamming a product's capabilities without asking the authors reviewing those units, and to make matters worse, those units were all alpha units with alpha firmwares. Strange thing though, it comes from someone who has just joined esato for a few days (May 17 06 to be exact) and comes with less than 20 posts. I am sure he meant no harm, just wanna make his nnniiiiicccckkk famous in esato...
Maybe he should go my-symbian and post there too. Perhaps Michal can help educate him
And oh, to jjjjiimmmmmmyyyyy, you know how to join esato as a member. It is strange why you join esato first where both units being reviewed are NOT BY ESATO. I find it strange that why didn't you join bengalboy's forum and ask him directly? Mobile-review also welcomes you and I am sure Eldar will be more than happy to answer your P990i's WiFi queries too.
Btw, Michal has got only 1 word to say to your claim that "WiFi is only turned on FLIGHT mode which means GSM/3G off" : "Bullsh*t"... And yes, Michal has a pre-production P990i on his hands as we speak!
