This isn't a fight anyway.
Many product, i hate thief's and samsung is just a ordinary thief stealing others patent and later they claim the are the innovators. Many tech companies sues Samsung in the past, also their beloved CPU architecture stolen from Qualcom and later they develop their own with the info from Qualcom they have.
And so on what wrong with Samsung products, they are also use cheap parts, i just don't like Samsung or LG those are Korean kings of thief's after China.
And Exynos is also not supported by some of developers

That C430X sounds like the perfect fit for me!
I really wanted a walkman successor to replace my Live, but luckily I won an Xperia T in Xperia Face Off last month, though I have yet to receive it.
I love a phone with light effects (All the handsets with colourful LED lights somehow are always low-end now) & 4" screen is the size i would like. Hope it has stereo speakers & is walkman branded.

as STMicro already announced that they will leave business joint-venture with Ericsson in Q3 '13
it's a big loses to see them leave this chip business after Texas Instrument
I hope Ericsson won't give up and sell Modem license to anyone before Sony

TI has not left the chip business. There were rumors that TI will leave the business but the rumors got debunked.
TI says it's not giving up on OMAP chipsets, OMAP 5 on track
TI is shifting its focus from mobile to other sectors such as the automotive industry.
Texas Instruments Inc. yesterday confirmed that one of its multi-core processor is being used in Audi’s next-generation infotainment system called MIB High.

It's not fully leave yet but almost take no action in mobile processor chip business at the same time. At this point I see them slowly fade out of business ie. (leave). They already shifting focus to embedded chip business (same as STMicro), not mobile processor anymore.
It doesn't make sense to continue R&D investment in business that did not make any profit and now out of company focus, so OMAP 5 already dead but not yet official.

Already Sony uses Samsung components in phones, NAND flash and RAM are from Samsung in Sony Xperia phones.
